Interior Designer / Luxury Real Estate Consultant
Born and raised in Tampa Bay, Andrea Vega-Tompkins is a true Florida native! Andrea’s interests and talents are diverse. Beginning her studies in the medical field, she soon realized that a major in Biology wouldn’t allow her to utilize her creative talents. Therefore, at the midway point in her studies, Andrea made the difficult decision to make a switch and pursue her passion—Interior Design. She literally switched gears to attend the International Academy of Design & Technology in Tampa, graduating with a degree in Interior Design.
Andrea has been practicing interior design professionally since 2005 and joined the team of Andrea Lauren Elegant Interiors in 2011. Her pairing with Priscilla has resulted in the creation of a winning combination for exquisite design in traditional, transitional, and contemporary designs. Plus, her experience with multiple interior design software programs allows her to give clients a realistic glimpse of their home or office’s hidden potential. Andrea is an allied member of ASID (American Society of Interior Designers) and a volunteer for Habitat for Humanity in Pinellas County.
