Our clients wanted to transform their waterfront Florida retreat into a brighter, more open, and modern home that better reflected the beauty of its surroundings.

The existing kitchen featured a small, closed-off layout with floating soffits and a separate butler's pantry that lacked the storage and functionality needed for everyday living and entertaining. Dark finishes and dated design elements throughout the home diminished natural light and distracted from one of its greatest assets — the stunning water and pool views.

In the great room, an oversized media wall unintentionally pulled focus away from the waterfront scenery, while disconnected spaces limited the home's overall flow and livability.

Our team completely reimagined the home's layout to create a bright, airy waterfront retreat that feels both sophisticated and inviting. By removing walls and combining underutilized spaces, we designed a spacious open-concept kitchen with custom storage solutions and seamless flow for entertaining.

In the adjoining living area, we enclosed an existing window to introduce a custom electric fireplace feature wall with integrated television — creating a balanced focal point that enhances both entertainment and the home's breathtaking water views. A pass-through between the formal living room and dining nook allows natural light and panoramic views to flow effortlessly through the space.

A soft, spa-inspired palette with layered coastal tones was carried throughout, brightening the interiors and reinforcing the relaxed waterfront aesthetic — a refined result that blends luxury, comfort, and functional design.
