This New Tampa family home needed a makeover — our clients wanted to transform their dark, builder-grade kitchen into a bright, functional, and welcoming gathering space that better suited their lifestyle and love of entertaining.
The existing kitchen lacked adequate storage, refrigerator and freezer capacity, and usable prep space. A curved split-level island and exposed half wall made the layout feel cramped and inefficient, while dark cabinetry and outdated finishes diminished natural light throughout the first floor.
In addition to the full kitchen remodel, the family wanted updated flooring across the main living areas — offering both elevated style and long-lasting durability for everyday family life.
Our team completely reimagined the kitchen and main living spaces to create a bright, custom-inspired interior designed for both beauty and functionality. Floor-to-ceiling cabinetry in a sophisticated two-toned painted finish — accented with satin gold hardware and illuminated uppers — adds warmth while visually enhancing ceiling height.
The split-level island was redesigned into one seamless surface to maximize workspace and flow, while separate 36-inch refrigerator and freezer columns flank floating shelves and a stylish hospitality bar. Sleek countertops paired with multi-toned natural stone backsplash tile add texture and movement while maintaining a timeless aesthetic.
Richly textured luxury vinyl flooring throughout the first floor completes a light-filled, gourmet space that feels warm, sophisticated, and perfectly tailored for entertaining family and friends.
