This New York-based couple purchased a large beachfront condo in Treasure Island with the dream of creating a luxurious coastal retreat that truly embraced Florida living. The original interiors felt dark, uninspiring, and outdated — dimly lit spaces and gold-toned travertine flooring no longer reflected the light, airy atmosphere they envisioned.

The clients wanted the entire condo updated and professionally furnished to feel warm, inviting, and distinctly beach-inspired the moment they arrived from out of state. A major focus was transforming the primary suite into a true luxury retreat with improved layout, elevated finishes, enhanced storage, and a spa-like bathroom renovation.

They also requested a refreshed kitchen, uniquely designed guest bedrooms tailored to each son's individual style, and a custom aquarium feature incorporated somewhere within the design.

Our team completely transformed this beachfront condo into a sophisticated coastal retreat layered with comfort, functionality, and timeless style. A soft, neutral palette was introduced throughout to brighten the interiors and subtly enhance the cooler undertones in the existing travertine — modernizing the aesthetic while preserving the floors.

Near the expansive beachfront windows, a lounge-inspired seating area with swivel chairs captures both conversation and panoramic water views, complemented by a custom built-in bar for a resort-style experience. A custom aquarium was built into an unused niche, complete with live coral, saltwater fish, and an integrated camera system allowing the clients to check in remotely.

The kitchen was refreshed with refinished cabinetry and upgraded surfaces, while the primary suite was reimagined with oversized custom closets, a bespoke corner vanity, and a spa-inspired bathroom.
